How It Works

When you drop your dog off, we ask you all about their unique needs (behavioral or medical), personality, playstyle, and any wishes or goals you have for them.
Once you leave, we take our time to get to know your dog. We carefully observe their behavior and reactions so we can set up a custom plan based on what will make them happiest.
We integrate your dog with their own playgroup! These groups are small, and are based on who we feel the best playmates for your dog will be.
We diligently take notes on how your pet is doing – such as eating, potty, play, and anything else we notice. This way, we can give you a full report when you pick them up – or when you call us!
We save our notes for your dog’s next visit so that we are prepared to constantly be improving for your loving companion!

The staff is well trained and love animals. It is very obvious that Eloise has a routine and a set way of doing things for our pet’s safety. Louie had a bad experience at another boarding facility and we made Eloise aware of this. She took Louie and systematically introduced Louie into the pack keeping safety of all Pets the number one priority. In doing so “Louie was not set up for failure “. Louie’s socialization and behavior has had a very positive change. This pet daycare and boarding is a must see. I could not give enough starts. My husband and I are both very happy we found Pets in Paradise!!
